The fragrance and flavor of a soursop is tropical and floral. Despite its name it tends to be more  sweet than sour. Its flavor is very hard to pinpoint, but many compare the flavor to a combination of pineapple, banana and papaya. The texture is fibrous, pulpy and juicy.
